Stopped here while visiting Banff a couple weeks ago. Store was really clean and well organized. Good deals. The guy that helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable - and I remember him saying it was only his second shift at the store!

Very unprofessional, got there at opening time. Had to wait beside two older ladies who had been waiting for 15 minutes already. Rather than letting us know they weren't ready to open we waited another 10 minutes before they finally told us it would be a while before they could open for us
