The friendly guy looked up what I needed at other locations without me asking.
Usually good. store hours are listed incorrectly, so nobody arrive here before 10am even though everywhere is posted as 9am open (even their personal website).
It's my local place and I like the people there, well all the ladies are wonderful but guys have a strange attitude and definitely need training on being more welcoming, open to people of ethnic diversity and bring them up to current time. Always got decent recommendations but they aren't stocked a lot of the times(even though the website would show the store has stock) However last time I visited, the guy had super strange attitude, it was tough to have a price check on products that weren't listed on the menu and when asked if a certain product could help with anxiety he said he can't recommend anything! What ?! So what are we supposed to buy things worth $$$ basis of their name without knowing what lineage or effect they may cause ?
I was able to somehow get served but I must mention I ve seen staff change here at a weekly rate (max I ve seen someone stick to job here is for like 3 weeks) and this guy with weird fringe is somehow always there-makes me not want to go there anymore.
All other budtenders are nice and try to help out. Overall not a positive experience since last time.
If you're going to check ID please keep it consistent. I'm 42 years old and I have never gotten ID'd here. For some reason, today the kid (who looked 14) wanted to see my ID. Just keep it consistent, I wouldn't have came knowing I didn't have my license on me, yet for some reason, today I guess I appeared under 18? I'll just go to other value buds from now on.
what a god damn joke !! when they open shop it was high quality product,,at this late 23 it's a low quality garbage, theee worst value buds in town, for real..for example chapelle value buds ;;night and day...less than a star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
