Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.

Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!

After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).

Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

So disappointed with how downhill Canna Cabana has gone. Raising the prices, blocking casual users from purchasing treats because they don't want to pay $35 for an "elite membership" (you're not Costco if you can't even make sure you have proper stock smh), and smaller selection than ever. I've supported the company for years (and this store too) but I'm not going to a Canna Cabana ever again. I was not the only one shocked by the changes and other patrons were upset and confused products they love were no longer attainable unless they pay a fee. Buy your weed from one of the many other dispensaries in the area that won't make you pay a stupid fee. Don't waste your money on these guys.

One year ago today I remember coming in for my shift on Monday September 4th 2023 and seeing that sewage was pouring down from the roof from a busted pipe. My coworker was soaked from head to toe because the area manager was more concerned about keeping the store open than anybody's health or safety. This company needs better management.

Worked here for two years since the location opened. The staff I worked with have all been incredibly kind and friendly. The upper management of the company however is entirely focused on profits over the wellbeing of their employees and would be better suited to managing teenagers at a claire's or some other mall outlet. The fact that they couldn't even get my name right in our Emails after I had been working at this location since it opened and when it is the first half of the Email address I use to communicate with them should be telling of the myriad problems that the upper management create for the lower level workers at this company. I would suggest people go somewhere else with their hard earned money. Also editing slightly to ensure they don't delete this and try to sweep it under the rug

You can only buy certain things here unless you pay the membership fee. "ThE mEmBeRsHiP iS fReE" You have regular prices next to the "Elite member price" but do not sell the product without paying the fee first.

The morning opener is super inconsistent with id'ing customers. He approaches some people immediately at the door and others doesn't id at all. No consistency and from prior reviews it seems like a reoccurring issue with the same employee. Please address this issue. Edit: you must have me confused with another customer. i will say I've witnessed this same employee ask to see id and when the customer doesn't have it he says just show me the wallet for the cameras. Doesn't seem "highly trained" to me
