Great selection + prices. Employees are knowledgeable and fairly friendly. Got IDed but I'm not offended by that.
Went in after the oilers won game 7 for some ceramic tips on pre rolls. The woman who sold the eventual product to us pretended to know what she was talking about. What she sold us did not have the ceramic tips she said it did.
Honestly with I could give 0 stars.
I agree with the previous comment as I made a purchase tonight and I immediately felt attacked by the female working tonight.
She didn't greet me just asked to see my ID and then was very rude to me when she noticed my ID was expired after she had already looked at it & told me I was good.. instead of asking if I have another form of ID she immediately talked over my partner & told me to go wait outside while I was pulling out my second form of ID .
I have been to this location because and have used my second form of ID with my first ID being expired, and I have NEVER been talked to or treated that way.
She should not be in customer service as I witnessed her being equally as rude to another customer beside me
Female employee with 0 customer service.
Was in the store the other night with my partner when we witnessed a female employee abruptly approach two customers without greeting, the employee demanded the two customers id's even tho the customer claimed to have made a separate purchase 10 minutes prior and that she had already id him in the same manor. Customer processed to ablidge. Employee proceeded to abruptly approach me and my partner in the same fashion moments after, no greating just randomly asking for id prior to purchase. Same employee later speed to take us in line and stop us from going to the other closer employee, the female employee then processed to tell my partner her id was expired witch we already knew and came prepared with secondary photo id to complete our purchase, upon trying to explain that we came prepared and knew her id was expired she continued to cut me off and talk over me. Only to agree with what I was saying and then continue the sale.. me and my partner have been buying Marijuana from dispensarys since it was legalized and never have we been id more then once nor have we ever had such poor customer service. Employes shouldn't be id customers prior to service. Just ridiculous.
Second time coming in except this was more the obvious today in the evening with the same store employee.
1 doesnt greet and has complete poor customer service. I stead of being welcoming straight to i need to see your id and literally rushed around the counter? Like im ginna rob the place? Lmao

So i wasnt going to make this post but once again second time around. Except this time 3 other customers came in this this employee literally didnt treat them in the same manner.
This is poor and dosgusting behaviour and btw its by law you ask EVERYONE for this id. You dont pick and chose there.
So i highly suggest this employee probably seem employement maybe somewhere where they dont deal with people and cam actually follow legal legislation
