"This has nothing to do with the selection or how I was treated. But I'd advise management or higher level people to treat there employees better. There is no reason to call out your employees in front of a costumer or even other employees for making a mistake(by my guess the reaction of the employee was it was his first time as well). It's disrespectful and not good leadership.
Shame on that person.
