Purchased a bong from this store this evening (approximately 630PM, February 28th 2025) and the cashier working at the front desk improperly wrapped my down stem. I have purchased well over a dozen pieces in my lifetime, and I have never seen a down stem wrapped so poorly. We were unable to remove the bong from the package without the stem slipping out and smashing on the floor. We called for a replacement due to employee error, and were told that we were out of luck. 0/5, I don't recommend this store.
