I don't normally write negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. I bought a pack of pre-rolls from this store, and not a single one worked, they either wouldn't light properly or, even after multiple tries, no smoke would pull through. When I returned to explain the issue and requested a refund or exchange, the staff simply shrugged and said "too bad," offering no help or solution at all.
I understand that policies vary, but completely refusing to stand by the quality of your products, especially when they're clearly defective, is not a good look. I expected better customer service, or at the very least, some acknowledgment of the issue. Sadly, I won't be returning.

Changed the price after I ordered, not willing do make delivery.
Should have read the negative reviews before ordering online they make you wait all day if your get a deliver then I asked them to refund me and they just straight up not refund my order so I got scammed cuz they don't have a cancel option and won't send my money back.. i wil be going to my credit card im getting my money back
Unbelievably bad experience. Your pricing system overcharged me by $20, and when I offered exact cash to fix the problem, the employee on duty refused and made me stand outside in -20°C while they fumbled with the system. To make matters worse, when I (understandably) became upset, this same employee escalated the situation by threatening to call the police. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
It's unfortunate, as my overall experiences at this store have been fine until now. After tonight, I doubt I will come back—certainly not if this employee is present.

Oh, the temperature? Sure, it was cold—freezing, in fact. Glad you confirmed that part. Doesn't change the fact that your pricing system was a mess, you refused exact cash, and asked me stand outside in -20°C while you fumbled around. The cold just makes it worse, don't you think? And threatening to call the police because I was upset? Pretty thin ice for customer service, wouldn't you say? Not fake—just a freezing cold disaster.
