| I don't normally write negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. I bought a pack of pre-rolls from this store, and not a single one worked, they either wouldn't light properly or, even after multiple tries, no smoke would pull through. When I returned to explain the issue and requested a refund or exchange, the staff simply shrugged and said "too bad," offering no help or solution at all. I understand that policies vary, but completely refusing to stand by the quality of your products, especially when they're clearly defective, is not a good look. I expected better customer service, or at the very least, some acknowledgment of the issue. Sadly, I won't be returning. | ||
