Absolutely horrendous return policy on vape batteries. The manager must be present and basically refuses every return even when the distributor provides free product to replace defective items. It took weeks of emails going over his head and 4 trips to the store and phoning head office while standing at the till in order to get it done. Shop anywhere else but here. If you have any issues just call Candice at the main office 587-785-3691
The customer service is so much better here then at canna cabanna st a they actually sound and talk like humans not like there being forced to read the same script at gun point and they have alot better selection then my old main location mistatim
Anytime I've popped into this location it was like walking into a sushi bar! Everyone working is like "hey" all energized and stuff. Clean and organized with a great selection. Keep it up!
Yesterday I visited this location and it was well organized and very clean and very big. Lots of displays and friendly faces. Allen helped me find just what I was looking for and was super courteous to how much I wanted to spend. Thank you you rock!
I go here Regularly and i must say that i am in love with the amazing prices and Great customer service, yes their is young people working here but they are very kind, polite and enthusiastic!
