| ID'd while I was looking at the list in the store rather then waiting for me to come up to the till - I said I haven't ordered yet - he said I need to show my if I'm going to be in the store - I've been coming to value buds for about 3 years and this has NEVER happened and I'm at this location 3-4 times a week. If this is the case, yall can stand at the door and ID everyone - not just pick and choose and profile - I'm 30.. this is absurd. Really lessening the experience - was then ID'd AGAIN at the till. The manager here is cracked, Tracy needs to improve the customer experience and stop the accessible I'd'ing, it's beyond frustrating | ||
