Edit: The amount of crap I see these guys go through is ridiculous. People get so angry over stuff that's not in their control. I was just at the store and a guy was freaking out for no reason. These guys are amazing and deserve to be treated with respect.
This is my new go to place in the city. The staff is always awesome and nice. They know what I like and recommend new stuff they know Id like.
I normally have a good experience at this location, but the self-proclaimed manager was the one who gave some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came in cheerly with a smile on my face, and asked the percentages on a specific product, the manager gave me a specific percentage, sold me the product, and when I then looked at the product, it was a full 3% less than what she had quoted. The reason I asked her specifically, is because I know that sometimes what is quoted in the books is not accurate, and I wanted an accurate percentage. I waited till she finished serving her previous customer before I went to speak to her about the discrepancy,. I didn't ask for a refund or an exchange, I just said that in the future, if someone asks specifically for percentages, then it probably behooves her to check the percentages before she sells the product to the customer, and she got wildly belligerent. She barked at me that she could do an exchange, which I reminded her. Her I already told her I didn't want, I just wanted to make sure that she doesn't accidentally lie to the next customer like she did to me. She got more upset and started ranting, and then said you can take the exchange or leave. I have never experienced this kind of wild belligerence at this location. I encourage whoever is actually in charge to watch the video, to ensure that everything I said is true. You don't need to be losing customers, because your manager doesn't know how to deal wit ..

The person at the front today kept trying to upsell me on buying an elite membership when I've been a customer for a very long time. Additionally, she was super confident in selling me the right pod for my cartridge, but she ended up selling me something that doesn't work. Pretty bad experience at a canna Cabana. I even asked her to triple check that this was the correct one and she still proceeded to give me this one and it was wrong. I didn't check until I got home.
