Had a pretty bad experience with the staff. I was recommended a cartridge for my vape pen. Go home and try to use it, but it does not work. I come back to the store and replace my pen, it still does not work. I go back to the store with receipt and all components to the packaging to do an exchange. The counter person stated they needed to check it, sure. They go and open a brand new pen that looks like it goes with the cartridge they recommended, all of a sudden it works. I told them it doesn't work on both of my devices and still was refused an exchange because it works on "theirs". Terrible customer service. I'm glad the cartridge i bought works on the companies vape pen but not the one they recommended me. I went into this location 3 times in a 30 minute period to try and get the cartridge working and ended up with a whole new vape pen, 2 cartridges, one of which does not work. It was a waste of my time and money. I won't be coming back here and I'll spend more money for better customer service elsewhere.
This place used to be awesome but the buying experience has dropped significantly over the last year or so. The computer system does not work properly for browsing and the filters don't do anything. The prices have also increased and some strains are being restricted to elite members. There's few things more frustrating than if you decide on a strain and then when you go to pay to tell you it's only for elite members, for which you have to pay a large fee. I used to spend a lot here but because of these things I'm encouraged to start shopping around again.
I love Canna Cabana, by far my favourite pot shop. However, I came to this location at 22:09 on Friday night and there was a sign on the door be back at 10:45... Hard pass.
My favorite store. Everybody that has worked there since they have opened has been absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed. Love all of their products!
