They did have a streamlined system for looking up products but they replaced it with a broken, hard to use system so now it's back to asking the people working what they have in stock. In takes a lot longer and I need to use more of your staffs time and often don't get the best deals. Today wasn't busy and the people working were helpful. Tell your head office to put the old system back in place it at least worked.
Showed up at 11:50 aware that they closed in 10 minutes and prepared to order right away and when we rang the door bell the associate told us they closed early as no customers came in the last 45 mins of the stores open hours. I think it is extremely inconsiderate to simply decided to close early because one felt like it despite a big ol "open till 12" sign on the door as well as all over google. Not to mention I had to ring twice before one of the 2 associates answered. The first time I rang I watched through the window as they blatantly declined the call from the door and they ran to the back room. After wasting my time and gas to come to this location only to be straight up sent away and denied service during operating hours was not how I wanted to end my evening.
Another awesome Canna location! Want to thank Tanner for his super kind help! He's a gem of a bud tender! Overall staff here is super knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Canna team :)

- said they could not sell me a specific product because I am not an elite member, even though I've always bought them before. That sucks

Girl with a nose(septum)piercing does not know customer service at all. Never greeted (as per usual) also does not come up to you to help you. Waits until you walk up to tell her what you need just to walk there anyways.
I usually get the same product every time (GMO Cookies spinach) and it's always $20 on the dot. But apparently today I'm ¢50 short. She did not take my membership Info. And lost a sale over ¢50.
All good. Lack of customer service has made me not want to be a customer of this location.
Hope y'all can do better. Ps, she is not the only one like this. I feel as if the employees are not knowledgeable and don't know customer service what so ever.
