Had a pretty bad experience with the staff. I was recommended a cartridge for my vape pen. Go home and try to use it, but it does not work. I come back to the store and replace my pen, it still does not work. I go back to the store with receipt and all components to the packaging to do an exchange. The counter person stated they needed to check it, sure. They go and open a brand new pen that looks like it goes with the cartridge they recommended, all of a sudden it works. I told them it doesn't work on both of my devices and still was refused an exchange because it works on "theirs". Terrible customer service. I'm glad the cartridge i bought works on the companies vape pen but not the one they recommended me. I went into this location 3 times in a 30 minute period to try and get the cartridge working and ended up with a whole new vape pen, 2 cartridges, one of which does not work. It was a waste of my time and money. I won't be coming back here and I'll spend more money for better customer service elsewhere.
