Purchased some flower and when I opened it at home I found that it was empty. Returned to the store and they won't do anything about it. Giving money without receiving a product constitutes fraud. I was a loyal customer for years up until yesterday. I refuse to go to a retail store that would do that to their customers.
Edit. Why lie in your response? I did exactly what you told me to do and I called YOUR supplier and they explained the regulations to me and how you have to start the return with the algc. You store is just filled with scummy and scammy employees. You flat out scammed me.
Not a bad location but there always seems to be some kind of issue whenever I go there. Today I went to go pick some stuff up on my lunch break but when I showed up at 12:30pm, the door was locked with a sign saying they're on a break until 1pm. That's valid and we all deserve breaks except they only open at 10am so I'm confused why the entire store is closed 2.5 hours after opening with no one to cover shifts so people can shop. It's not a huge deal but if you're closing at certain times during the day, it should be listed on your hours so people dont spend part of their lunch breaks driving there for nothing. I made sure to check it was open before going too but just ended up going somewhere else since it wasn't.
EDIT** I've changed my review based on the quick & professional response I received to it. I appreciate your explanation and reasoning as to why this occurred. Hours listed for when you're closed during breaks would be very helpful just so we know when we can go & ensure you guys are open. I will make the effort to call ahead of time before going to make sure it is good to go next time as well.
Westbrook location has always been aces for me, highly recommend you make the stop. I deal with Mr. James, he's a talented professional, And treats his return clients like good friends.
