Many times I've went to this store where the Kiosk is down making the ability to look at the selection very difficult. To make matters worse, the staff at this location provide very poor customer service in this situation. It's almost as if they can't do there job effectively without the Kiosk there to facilitate all the actual work. Maybe have a backup plan for when this happen so customers can still see the full stock? It's ridiculous, elementary management.
They don't have a website to this location for there own company to check inventory, then told to check another app before coming in to see there inventory. I asked why there own website doesn't show anything for their location and I was told " I just work here". Each location has a different price and many times i have shown up with 3 options and non in stock. I was told last visit I can't pick my weed anymore with saying indica and argued . These people are frigging nuts and ridiculous. Take the time to go to any other location or cannabis store as I will be not coming this one again.
The kiosk's stock doesn't always match what's actually available, which is frustrating. Customer service is terrible—I don't like going here, and 9 times out of 10, I leave frustrated. I get it's customer service, but honestly, a little effort would go a long way.
Some products are "elite only," but you don't find that out until you're at the checkout, which feels misleading. Even if there's only one person in line, expect a wait.
I also had issues with their system: I have to give an old phone number because their system doesn't match the online system. I even asked them to update it, but it's still stuck using a number from 10 years ago.
Honestly, buying from Brad behind a church on a Tuesday night offered a more positive customer experience than this place.
In short, they might have what you're looking for, and you might be allowed to purchase it. Folks, just save yourself the trouble and go to Value Buds or somewhere else.
A little crazy in the store, employees are always running around. Despite the constant waiting in line. It's a phenomenal store and great staff. Just wish I could see a better outcome with friendlier staff instead of them always trying to get through the line as fast as possible. However please keep up the good work! We appreciate you guys. Lots of respect to you for dealing with such a hectic store.
Rude manager who argues with customers. Don't bother responding as I'll never be going to this location again. Would highly recommend someone looks into the treatment of employees from this location if that's how a canna cabana manager treats customers…
