I have to jump through hoops to view this location's menu which is not always updated with what is actually available in store. Location is not listed in the web page. Have to log in. Close it. Google location and only then can I get to the shop this store option for Meadowlark. Had one occasion where they were out of stock for what I wanted. Was told to come back for that item the next morning as they were too busy to recieve stock. It wasn't in the new shipment. Total waste of my time and gas to make two trips for nothing. I have recieved confusing emails asking me to confirm a shopify subscription. The email states I can reply with any questions. I asked what it means. No response. Recieved same email again, replied again. No response. Emailed canna marketing about this. No response. Tried to order delivery on demand from the 111ave location. No option for delivery. Saving a couple of bucks simply isn't worth the neglectful customer service at all levels. There is one great employee at Meadowlark who has cool and unconventional style but that's the only good thing I have to say here.
On February 1 I went to meadowlark canna cabana I was going to buy a gold dab rig and it was in the normal display case not the elite case and it was listed for 13 dollars members price and when i went to buy it, it came up as full price and they would not sell it me at member price because they where changing it to elite member u can't say no to a customer that shows bad customer service and it wast of my time I've been going to canna cabana for years on jasper before meadowlark was open. I will not be going here no more ull get better customer service at jasper place store
considering I spend over $100 every time I come here, I'd expect a little better hospitality from the older dude with long Grey hair. if it wasn't for the very helpful young lady I would've spent my money elsewhere.
Quick and friendly service. The bud tenders working on dec.22.2022, around 9pm were very helpful (I can't remember their name's, my apologies).
I came in with a budget and preference in mind but didn't know exactly what I wanted, since I personally have trouble with menus in general, and he easily helped me choose exactly what I was looking for within my budget. 10/10 evening staff is awesome 🤘🏼
Edit: the member discount prices are also pretty great.
