The staff are always in good spirits, greeting you with a smile and hello upon entering. I really like how approachable & friendly they all are, especially the store manager Niki. She's been great at answering any questions I've had. There's also a wide selection of product to choose from & it's affordable! Defiantly recommending this store to others.

I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello from the workers. They are always super nice and helpful, especially the store manager Niki. Any questions I have, she is always able to answer. It's a friendly atmosphere AND dog friendly!! They always have a treat waiting for my fur baby:). Definitely recommend this location, they are my go to place for cannabis. Plus they have everything you need from flower to accessories.

Update: The Metis Status Card is a hard piece of plastic and it's issued by the government. Their response makes it sound like it was a piece of paper that wasn't laminated lol. It was a hard plastic card. What I witnessed yesterday was an act of discrimination. My friend and I went in and she went to pay and when she was I.D-ed she provided her recently expired ID. (To preface they no longer take your expired ID at the registries and inform you you can use this as valid photo ID until the new one comes in.) But they refused it so she used her Metis status card and they said that wasn't valid photo ID. When my friend pointed out that the other dispensary she was at yesterday took her metis status the girl pointed out, "This is Canna Cabana" Honestly, Canna Cabana may have good prices. But they lost me as a customer permanently. Clearly the staff aren't trained, or understand anything about the indigenous community. I understand not being able to use a metis status for a credit check, but to buy pot, it should more then work. This just felt like a classic case of discrimination. "the MNA signed an agreement with the Government of Canada elevating the MNA to the same status as a First Nation government in Canada." - This means that the metis nation of alberta is government issued photo ID. And if you do your research people can use it for age verification. Weed is not a credit check, its not buying a house, etc. Its age verification. I also want to point out aga ..

Everything that is decent is becoming part of the elite membership. Went in tonight and tried to order some prerolls but got told they were added to the elite yesterday but they haven't updated there binders. Tried to order another preroll and after looking for 5 minutes got told they don't have it...what a joke this store is becoming. I have been coming here for 3 months and its progressively becoming worse each time. Time to look for a new store to buy from and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.
