| Bought 2 vape carts, tried to return next day due to severe clogging. Even after you pre heat it and drop a lung trying to unclog it, it hits very rough and inconsistent as it's actively clogging as you hit it. I was denied a return for a "policy" that sounded made up (saying they can't accept it if I'm able to get anything at all from the cart) and was nowhere posted with their return policy that is displayed. They suggested I reach out to the manufacturer, I am tired of stores not standing behind the products they sell and passing the blame to the manufacturer knowing the manufacturer cannot refund or replace my purchase. Their CEO Raj Grover can thank his stores terrible policies lack of accountability and terrible customer service for driving customers back to the illicit market. | ||
