this is the best canna cabana
***Update*** I love this location. All of the staff really are wonderful. Vanessa is always super helpful, and had a lovely gent help me tonight that took the time to explain everything i needed, I wish I would have got his name. Fayte was super nice and helpful, as are most staff at this location
Been coming to this place since Buda Boom shut down. Won't be coming back.
There's cheaper places that offer more than dry cannabis, and exploding vapes.
Bought 2 vape carts, tried to return next day due to severe clogging. Even after you pre heat it and drop a lung trying to unclog it, it hits very rough and inconsistent as it's actively clogging as you hit it. I was denied a return for a "policy" that sounded made up (saying they can't accept it if I'm able to get anything at all from the cart) and was nowhere posted with their return policy that is displayed. They suggested I reach out to the manufacturer, I am tired of stores not standing behind the products they sell and passing the blame to the manufacturer knowing the manufacturer cannot refund or replace my purchase.
Their CEO Raj Grover can thank his stores terrible policies lack of accountability and terrible customer service for driving customers back to the illicit market.
I want to preface this by saying the staff at this location are great.
My problem comes with the company itself. They've decided to run a promotion to give away a Tesla vehicle, only a month after Elon Musks antisemitic salute on the world stage and days after he claimed that Canada isn't a really country. This tesla promotion Canna Cabana is running is a slap in the face to Canadian cannabis consumers all over the country.
I will no longer be shopping at Canna Cabana and will instead be giving my money to a company that puts Canada and it's people first. What an embarrassment...
