The spin to win promo is a farce. I 'won' 50% off Maple Leaf chicken thing pack but when I went in the store they had none and apparently were out and not gettinging more in. No substitutes either.
I was at the Co-op store at Richmond today, buying some pastries. While I was at the self-checkout, I had trouble finding the code for the pastries and asked for help. To my surprise, the person who helped me was the store manager! She was so nice and helpful, and even gave me a free pastry for the trouble, which was really sweet
Unfortunately, I didn't ask her name and forgot to ask. Her kindness really made my day☀️It just goes to show how great the staff is, even the manager
