I had an amazing experience here! I can't recall the gentleman's name, but he got me fully educated on CBG, and CBD! It's hard to find someone so passionate and knowledgeable about it and literally spoke my language. Nothing short of fantastic experience.

Purchased a 5 pack of infused joints yesterday and went home, lit one up and it was absolutely nasty. Tasted extremely off and this is a brand we get very often but it has never tasted like this, almost like the absence of any type of flavour from the bud or the distallate. Put it out immediately and brought it back to exchange the next day as we noticed it was packaged in June 2024 (It's now nearly March of 2025) and got told there's nothing they can do and to contact the producer. The producer didn't sell me the old product, Purple Moose did. I think it's disingenuous to market yourself as a company with the "freshest" selection in all of Durham Region when you can't even make good on a product you sold me that was packaged nearly 9 months ago. I wouldn't waste time here anymore as there are many other stores in the area who refresh their inventory regularly.

I recently visited Purple Moose and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite set up of this store and the impeccable service. We were served by a young girl with curly black hair whom showcased a vast variety of knowledge on the products in the store as I was not sure what I was looking for. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can't recommend Purple Moose enough for a fantastic service.
