Listen, when it's 10$ more expensive than other stores around to get a simple 7g, I think that alone, plus the fact that they don't price match, deserves a 1 star. The staff helping me didn't even seem to care that it was 10$ more expensive. Never going here again, go check out One Stop Cannabis, or YGH Green, much much much better prices.

I went to this place and try to buy their products. I have forgotten my ID at home and I only have my ontario gun license. It is a valid iD as long as it shows my birthdate. The guy on the counter seems illiterate about ontario ID laws. With that being said, I would no longer do business with this place. It was a nuisance trying to explain it to the employee when they are not properly trained!

I started coming because it was the closest, but I stayed because I love the staff and atmosphere. Every single member of staff has been so kind, upbeat and helpful! Got a Moose Head and painted it myself🥰 (still adding stuff to the horns)

Good most of the time. The percentage online often doesn't match the product though. The owner/manager also always seems to be in a bad mood. Doesn't greet you, doesn't make eye contact, quiet, seems like it's an annoyance for you to be there. Much better service when it's the regular workers. Edit: Just because you have good reviews doesn't mean all your staff are friendly or make my experience inaccurate. As I noted, most of the time service is good. However one older woman (hence why I thought she was the owner) continuously lacks. Nice to see instead of addressing the issue, you gaslight your customers.
