Do not work here! They pay well, but be ready to be used and abused. I worked for the company for 5 years, and moved all the way up to management. In the beginning with the training program it was amazing 🤩 and I learned all the sales strategies I needed to be successful. However our higher ups within the company care more about expanding stores vs expanding upon their amazing/original! training program, I would not recommend working here.
Great group of people who run their company with passion and dedication. Will always support this company.
Horrible company 1 there website sucks hasn't worked properly for years 2 their hiring process and practices are horrible and don't have the balls to tell you why your not hired but yet will interview and waste your time over 20 times now. 3 have you notice new leaf stores still look the same? For being such a great company where your retail branding ? Your stores should all look feel run the same. Ya the owner is great with numbers and making money but operating the business needs some serious help and proper direction by a proper leader. I'll never step foot in one of your stores again it's insulting how many times you wasted mine. Plus value buds always has tons of cheaper good products in store with a functional website that I can see real time what they have in store and order on their website as well. You wanna be number one man you gotta be number one in all areas
It's funny even the corporate office has bad reviews. I hope you guys get shut done soon with everything you guys are hiding and lying about.
terribly run company ,with poor leadership .only thing high about them is their employee turnover
