I've been trying to reach this company unsuccessfully for over a year about a defective product I bought that they produced. A 40$ vape cartridge produced by them that reads "no atomizer" on my vape when I try to use it.

My appionment was at 12:30 in the afternoon and I came here at 8 in the morning and I spoke on the calling camera outside and you said come at 12:45. They took the truck and then they said come in half an hour, I said I came at the time given by you, they said we don't know the time. Earlier they used to say that load is not ready and the way of speaking was very talkative, they were repeatedly cutting calls Shit experience with this company not respect drivers
