"Terrible customer service, phonecalls are never returned. Clones are double the advertised price after various charges. Plants that live through shipping have pest insects (thrips). Overall it takes a lot of effort on your part to be a customer."
"I've been a patient with THC biomed for a few years and I'm growing more and more frustrated with them. The pricing is amazing, but the selection is limited. They've changed the volume of their bottles(now 7g bottles) which doesn't allow the patient to place a full order. No notification was ever sent out regarding the changes of the bottle sizes. This results in the patient paying full price shipping and having to place another order to get their full monthly prescription( have to pay another full price shipping too!).
I've reached out to their customer care, and was told that nothing will change and maybe I should look at another producer.
It doesn't sound like THC biomed cares for or wants to keep any of their medical cannabis users.
If they could go back to 5 and 10 gram bottles, it would make it a lot easier to place an order."
