Caryophyllene (
Pepper Spice Woody) is found in a variety of edible plants and herbs and smells of pepper and spice, and can also be found in black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, oregano, basil and rosemary. Package come unsealed from this LP. Flower was dry as can be and in fact 1 gram short of one OZ due to dryness. Reached out to company and at first they seemed helpful asking for details and pictures. It's been 3 weeks since I send and nothing.
If you want dry, tasteless buds and terrible customer service, look no further than sensi brands.
I really love this company and all the products they have. If you have not tried them out before I would highly recommend them to everyone.
As a big fan of the product, I have to say that my overall experience has been fantastic. However, I did encounter one incident where the product didn't meet my expectations. I raised my concerns with the company, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond to address the issue.
