Bisabolol (Floral Citrus) (also known as levomenol) has a pleasant floral aroma and can also be found in chamomile flower and candeia tree. Known for its sedative and relaxing effects, it can be a good candidate for aiding sleep. It's also known for having antioxidant, antifungal, anticancer, antimicrobial, and antiparasitic properties. Studies have shown that it can be helpful against parasitic diseases, such as malaria and leishmaniasis.
