There is one guy name Stephen he is a team lead from 145 room made a 60 year old women cried... And he didn't had any remorse whatsoever seeing this one of the guy take it to the supervisor but no action taken.

******BUYERS BEWARE*****Purchased a premium product from their Top Leaf line and it was so bad I couldn't even give it away. Bubba is not suppose to be Brown in color or smell like iced tea. I also can't get in touch with anyone in customer support to even notify them of their incredibly misrepresented products. Beyond disappointed with their customer service and products.
