Purchased a 3.5 gram container from Spinach brand and there was only 3 grams inside. I tried to get them to resolve via email but instead of resolving my complaint they told me my scale was not accurate. It's a good thing there's lots of weed company's so I never have to buy Spinach again.

I have been using there products for about two years now. I found whenever I called never had a problem with getting an answer or getting a helping hand. I enjoy there products and yes there products is cured but put a fresh pack in wait about three days and it it's moist and perfect. I rather have that then something with mold. I would say one thing it is there variety they have some great strains and then they sell and it seems they don't come around for a bit. I enjoy what they have and I like the oils as much as I enjoy the herb. Like the price point too. Great customer service and good product they should maybe provide a bit more selection.
