Recently purchased "pink bubba" sept batch and quality of product is horrible. But I did email back and forth with customer service and the experience went well .. listened and rectified the issue

The older reviews talking about quality are outdated. Newer products are below average at best, I've heard nothing but complaints. Decided to test a few things out only to come to the same conclusions about this budget brand.
im sadly giving this provider a horrible review. i would give them a zero star rating if i could....
i purchased product that was delivered to me that had been packaged 5 months earlier. the product was horrible and i got a bad headache from it. when i spoke to rob, the customer service contact he refused to do anything about it. disgusting!!! do not buy product from thrm. tgere are plenty of other reputable companies out there with ethics that stand behind what they sell.
