I love everything about FIGR . I'm like an unpaid salesperson for their products. My local places have ordered it in for me now. Just awesome. 👍
Customer Service is amazing!
I had an issue so I reached out and they went above and beyond.
They couldn't assist with my actual issue due to having a contract with Canabis NB, but sent me a PR Package.
Not only did they send me the PR package, but also a christmas card hand written.
They went above and beyond which shows that they truly care about customers. That's hard to come by now a days!

I had a problem with a purchase of a FIGR product at a dispensary. The dispensary could not help. I contacted FIGR by email an received amazing customer service and support! It means alot knowing that info given was passed on to many reps and actions were taken.

Ok products but NO customer service!!!
Love the products, especially the vape carts. Great company to deal with. Had an issue & willing to resolve it promptly. Will continue to support! Maple Kush vape is definitely my fav!
