This company is an absolute joke, do not buy their products. I got a rotten batch from them a month ago and still have not gotten a response. No one works in their head office it seems because I've been calling for a month and have been ignored. They did respond to one of my emails once acknowledging my problems asking for more information from an email i could not respond to, Save your money stay away from this place.
I love everything about FIGR . I'm like an unpaid salesperson for their products. My local places have ordered it in for me now. Just awesome. 👍
Customer Service is amazing!
I had an issue so I reached out and they went above and beyond.
They couldn't assist with my actual issue due to having a contract with Canabis NB, but sent me a PR Package.
Not only did they send me the PR package, but also a christmas card hand written.
They went above and beyond which shows that they truly care about customers. That's hard to come by now a days!

I had a problem with a purchase of a FIGR product at a dispensary. The dispensary could not help. I contacted FIGR by email an received amazing customer service and support! It means alot knowing that info given was passed on to many reps and actions were taken.
