they grow schwag, dry lifeless, crumbly cannabis for a premium. horrible customer service too, asked for a replacement and they sent me flower which was inferior in quality as compared to what I purchased in the first place.
zero stars if i could, tried a bag of their weed and paid a reasonable price 60$ for 14 grams. the weed smelt like hay very questionable dont think was in door weed. ITS WAS SOAKED NOT EVEN CURED PROPERLY. absolutely despicable they put a garbage product on the shelfs they're labeling and advertising as something its not. couldnt even grind the weed it was so wet. when i emailed for refund they just said no not even an apology for scamming me.
Poor quality cannabis would be a compliment and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. Just a poorly ran company overall.

So I bought this at my local Canna Cabana I am a Elite member been buying there for a year and I am a steady smoker as I prefer this method for pain and migraine control. But it was moldy ,and I don't mean a little moldy it was nasty smelling terrible tasting mouldy. I called the store who informed me I was not the first to complain and I need to contact company so I did. The first put me off for about 5 days to answer and by then it was what it was then they ask for lot number and photos I gave the lot number but by then I had no photos . Many many days later I message asking what the plan was and they explain that I who is 50 years old and has smoked since I was about 13 am mistaken and its just the natural smell and taste of the weed??????????? Ah no It was MOLD and I am mostly sad they didn't just admit there was an issue, so let it be known if you get mouldy weed its out of pocket.
Ridiculous retail policy of demanding photo ID from everyone.
Clearly not a reasonable policy and probably contravenes federal privacy protection. If their staff are that ignorant or poorly trained as to being unable to decertify a 70 year old from a 19 year old then they have a serious overuse of their product. And when questioned they say it is company policy as if it was legislated law. There are 60+ alternative dispensaries in the province so I will take my business elsewhere.
