Worst experience ever had with supervisor Shaun he is really ill-mannered guy, he don't how to talk with team workers, he have no patience at all. He not even letting new hires settling with tasks , performing first time ever. He should not be working in this company where he can't deal with workers. He have no soft skills at all like team work, cooperation. I can't even thought these kind of person workings as a supervisor, this big company. He should fired immediately.
Midnight Supervisor name Shaun,,super rude man, have no etiquettes to speak with team member, even with new person. He should be fire at first thing the person who even not polite with team worker who came first day on job performing task first time. Instead of supervisor he even should not be a team member of Aphria if they would like to people work in midnights. This supervisor will only be the reason for people leaving Aphria. I can suggest Aphria if they would like to people working in midnights staying with company for long term, they should fire this nasty Supervisor. Otherwise he will not letting people to stay with company and work there.
All they do is hire you through e3 and then let you go after don't work here they just use people I really liked Aprhia but they just got rid of a group of people. sad. Will miss Aprhia. Would of been the best place to work if they didn't do that.

Company randomly fires or lays off entire departments and facilities constantly, sometimes hundreds of people at once, then claims they are done laying people off, but it's always a lie, nearly all of upper management has been replaced in the last 6 months, their protocols are either nonsense or don't exist at all. If you get hired here treat it as contract even if it's a full time permanent role cause the company doesn't care and will probably lay you off in a few months anyway. Don't work there if you can avoid it!!!
