If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. No support for products whatsoever. I have been calling their support line for days and the line just hangs up.

Customer service is nonexistent through, phone, email and website. Received product which worked for one use but will not charge. Been trying to contact them through any means listed without a dingle response. Do not waste your money on this company.

Ten days ago, I made a purchase and paid for expedited shipping (1-3 days). My order is still moving around the United States and hasn't arrived yet. The company is not responding to my claim. The cost is insignificant, but they should refund it for failing to deliver on time. I bought an IQ3 in Europe and made two accessory purchases in the United States. This will undoubtedly be my last purchase from this company.

IQC stopped working after a month or so. Have tried multiples times to get in contact for warranty repair or replacement over the last month and haven't heard back. Terrible customer service.
