I love their batteries. It has options and is easy to hold. I did have to do a warranty cause it stopped working. They where very nice and got a replacement and a couple of goodies. Thank yall so much.
Very nice to work with, I had purchased my first Pulsar at one of my local dispensaries and was enjoying it until a crack formed in the base customer service handled it quickly and efficiently, especially since they were dealing with the remnants of a major hurricane. I recently decided to purchase 2 more and when I found that some of the dispensaries carts here Pennsylvania don't fit customer service sent me 2 others to try.
This company has earned my loyalty at this point I will continue to buy from them
I have been using Pulsar vaporizers for about a year and I think that they are a great product that work as advertised.
Recently I had a warranty issue come up. Their warranty claims website was having a technical issue-so I got in touch with Monica in the warranty department. She walked me through the claims process and made it easy for me to complete the warranty claim, and impressed me by always replying to my emails within a very short time.
Pulsar makes great products and will stand by their warranty in the event that something goes wrong. I highly recommend this company and plan to remain a loyal customer. If you're looking for a great vaporizer from a company that stands behind its products, look no further,
Great experience with backing up their products. I have a pulsar vape and apx smoker and I use them on a daily basis. Very satisfied! Only purchasing there products from now on. Thanks y'all!
If there were 10 stars you guys would get it. I was patiently waiting on my new Cyclone recycler glass piece. It was a 2-3 day transport and somehow got caught up in our local USPS distribution centers for 4 additional days. I contacted customer service with Pulsar and got nothing less than being treated like royalty. I talked with Jess on the text app and explained the scenario. She got the dilemma to Luke. Next thing I know 2 days a specifically sent new recycler from Pulsar. Also the merch that you gave me on the side is pricelessā¦.including that new Baton Steamroller water hand pipe. I have never used one, but will try!š
What got me was the fact that last night my wife and I heard knock on the door about 7pm. It was the original one in a banged up shipping box.. (top busted in two)! Thank you guys for the immediate resolution and thank you again for getting the replacement sent quickly. Go Pulsar. I'm with Pulsar now!
