| Ordered this via home delivery specifically because it was marketed as 17–22 percent THC. The product I received was labeled at around 31 percent THC, which is a completely different potency category. I understand THC levels can vary, but this is not a small deviation. Advertising mid THC and delivering high THC is misleading, especially for people choosing products based on tolerance and effects. This should have been marketed clearly as high THC. Labeling it as low or mid THC and delivering something much stronger is not acceptable. The product itself may be fine, but the inaccurate marketing on a home delivery order is the reason for the rating. I would not order a home delivery again based on this experience. | ||
| Disappointed being a customer of the Oz store for some years, quite recently they had issues with the alcohol and gaming commission regarding their point system. As a customer for years had quite a bit of points saved when they created their new system. They completely disregarded the old point system. I asked in person and was told an email would be sent out to all customers with a chance to cash out the old points this never happened I send a detailed email to their customer service department without reply. | ||

| Went in today at around noon and had to repeat my order several times- asked clearly for 5 sativa Jeeters and 5 sativa of General Admission, got home with only a 3 pack of each. I should have double checked but it was a simple order. He did not know the merchandise and looked overwhelmed. Service was slow. One employee had the door open, smoking while blasting a vulgar video full of profanity. We picked up for a weekend away and now need to make another stop. Never again. | ||
