The Company currently operates 7 cannabis retail stores under the “Delta 9 Cannabis Store” brand in two provinces with plans to open up to an additional 9 retail outlet stores in jurisdictions which allow for privatized cannabis retail over the next 24 months.

The Company also operates a “Business to Business” segment, selling its own proprietary Grow Pods, Cannabis genetics, and providing consulting and licensing services to other cannabis businesses.

Delta 9’s diversified approach gives investors unique exposure to several high-growth segments in the rapidly growing cannabis sector.

Delta 9, based in Winnipeg MB, can be considered a Premium priced cannabis brand with an average retail product cost at 22% above market, producing Cannabis Dried Flower including 510 Cartridges, Pre-Rolls.

Delta 9 grows its cannabis plants in Manitoba and Ontario, using multiple grow methods including Indoor, Hybrid-Greenhouse.
