Boundless Technology was established in 2016 with the goal of spreading aromatherapy awareness at an affordable price. | Fraudulent unreliable business, quite possibly pure scam. Ordered a vape back in December 1, never received it, none of my emails to Support were answered, no refund, nothing. Report them to BBB and Consumer Services. If I could, I'd have given them a jail time instead of 1 star. | ||
| Their dry herb devices are pretty good, but the after sales and support are terrible. It has been almost an YEAR since I started trying to use the warranty and I get no response from them. | ||

| This device is trash. You have no heat control even though it claims it has 3 different settings. There is 1 setting for them all, really hot. It does an absolutely terrible job of maintaining heat unless you constantly inhale the entire 5 mins. The poor battery life will hinder any smoke session, you might as well and buy 4 of these to get any use. Its hard to clean, you have to break down the entire piece to clean off all the reclaim. It has a ton of little nooks and crannies to try and clean, whoever TF designed this piece should probably rethink their whole profession, because it sucks. Last but not least, its hard to hold after a minute or two. There is zero hand protection, you will probably burn your self at least once or twice. I honestly didn't know that they could make such a bad piece of equipment. Boundless is a term I would use to describe their stupidity. | ||

Very poor battery life, it has maybe 7 mins total usage time. Its hard to clean, you have to break down the entire piece and it has a ton of little nooks and crannies. Its hard to hold after a minute or two because it gets so hot. I don't know who tested these devices, but they didn't test them well enough. They're bad, and boundless should feel bad. | ||
