Pulsar has always been at the forefront; we’re proud veterans of the vaping industry. Our first product was a handheld portable dry herb vaporizer called the Pulsar 7. Since those early days, we’ve designed and developed many quality products for the modern day smoker to Enjoy Higher Culture in their everyday life.
We now house over 1000 different products at our facilities in the vibrant and creative city of Asheville, NC. Though we are most recognized and respected for our APX Family line of vapes and our new portable e-rig, RöK, we also offer other vaporizers, water pipes, rolling trays, hand pipes, eNails, bubblers, silicone products...let’s just say we’ve been quite busy!
| I got the Chorus and have had nothing but issues. Customer service was good at getting me a replacement WP adapter and gave an extra one. I have now went thru 3 WP adapters and my hot knife quit working or charging. Not even 2 months old. Emailed to see if I have a defective device so waiting on reply. But not too happy considering the price. | ||
| Pulsar is by far the best place to shop for vapes and vaporizers. Their customer service is second best to no one, Without a doubt first class! I recently purchased two 510 jetpack forced air Vapes for Christmas, one for myself, one for my mother. One of them unfortunately came defective straight out of the box. When I reached out to pulsar, They were very quick with a response. They were apologetic and polite, they offered to send me a new one after going through the warranty replacement, which is fairly a simple and easy process. Oh! And by the way pulsar warranty on most products is 6 months!! (pretty unheard of for a vape if you ask me!) When I got the replacement order in the mail, Not only did they send me a replacement device but they sent me a second one for free, plus two of their writing vape pens which I never ordered. I assume Just because of the hassle I went through having a defective device, I wasn't expecting anything more than the device I ordered originally, so you can imagine how pleased I was to find 3 more devices in the box absolutely FREE!! I will never shop anywhere else for my THC needs! PULSAR ROCKS!! | ||
| I love their products. Unfortunately, one of the bases on the vape had connection issues that could not be fixed. I had my receipt so I contacted them via their website. They asked me to fill out a warranty claim, I did. They then said they'd replace the base and "give me a little something for the trouble". Withing a few days I had a new vape base and their "little something" was incredible! I was shocked and beyond happy! So in short, if you keep your receipt, and fill out the warranty, they stand behind their products and treat their customers amazingly!! Thank you Pulsar! Great customer service and products! | ||
| Great products & great customer service. I've only purchased a couple of products but I love both. When I had an issue with my E-rig, I contacted their warranty department & they handled everything quickly. I had a replacement piece within 10 days. Friendly customer support & excellent products. 10/10 recommend! | ||
| Had to contact customer support due to an issue with one of the vape pens. Very pleased with the service I received from Monica and the quick turn around time with handling my claim. Her friendliness and readiness to assist was top tier. I love Pulsar products and will continue to recommend them! | ||
