November 30th I made a purchase online and the store had cancelled it as they didn't have one of the items in stock. I proceeded to reorder my order spend a little more money but was happy to get my order regardless as I was on my way to a concert. I have ordered online quite a few times and had items cancelled and my refund always processed next day.This time, it's now 7 business days later and I am still out my money. I called the store first and explained my situation and was told someone would get back to me the next day . I called again the next day as I did not receive a phone call back and again was told to wait another day . I then came into the store and was told it would take about 5 buissines days but it should be back by Monday ( yesterday) and if it was not back in my account to email the manager and he would do a manual refund. The manager didn't get back to me until Tuesday( today) and told me he would look into the refund ? But he told me he would be able to give me the refund Monday? I told him fine I am off work early and can get a ride over as I don't drive. When I went over to the store the associate told me it could take 7 more days because of the bank I bank with . I am super frustrated and left the store not making the purchase I wanted to regardless of the refund. This is my favorite store and I have spent alot of money there and the way this has been handled by the manager is not acceptable for a big company like this.
