When you buy something and they give you the wrong item you expect them to be friendly, not get an eye roll from the old Caucasian lady until she realizes her staff messed the order up. Do not appreciate that, considering I had to drive 15 minutes back to get my product YOUR STAFF screwed up on. Not like I was offered anything. It's the 3rd time I've purchased from this location and had things incorrect. The Attitude is ignorant and unnecessary.
