Mark is a champ! Made my birthday happen. Great recommendation and fabulous strain. Thanks Mark your the man! Def will return 💯
Erica is such a gem!! She is so kind, helpful and is always so smiley. :) The last few times i've gone in there, she's been the one to help me. I love our little chit chats.
Thank you Erica!
Keyra was very helpful and polite, she helped get my order and the product I got was amazing, 0 complaints, thanks Keyra.
I used to be a regular here. However, that is now going to change sadly. I appreciate Mark, Emily, Ruth, and Atishan; they all looked after me exceptionally, and I have no issue with their service, knowledge, and professionalism. My issue is with one plant in general and how this store functions. These new rules of having to be invited in make it feel like I'm trying to enter a prison. They have to escort you in and out like you are a criminal. Very sad with how things have become versus how they were. The deals aren't as good as they used to be, and very limited items have deals. At this point, I'd rather go back to how things used to be when your plug was your friendly neighborhood friend and didn't make you feel like a stranger.
Editing my previous 5-star review:
I've been coming to this location weekly (if not more) for the past 2–3 years and used to genuinely love visiting. Some of the staff truly made the experience enjoyable, and we always looked forward to chatting with them — especially Zack (who sadly no longer works here), as well as Ruth and Atishan.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences haven't been the same. Some staff members have come across as rude, and a few of the newer employees don't seem very knowledgeable or willing to help with recommendations. I've even felt like I was inconveniencing them just by asking questions.
Today's experience was especially disappointing. Management allowed another customer to enter without ID because they recognized him. At the same time, even though Mark said he recognized me as well, management still refused to let me in without ID. The inconsistency felt unfair and unprofessional, particularly as a loyal, long-time customer.
This used to be a go-to spot for me, but lately the service hasn't felt as welcoming or worth the visit as it once did.
