What an awful experience. I go in there after placing an online order for over $100, just to try to get upselled on everything in the store. After passing on everything he told me he'd throw in a lighter since I got a big bag, then went ahead and charged me for the lighter. What a scam. Not the only person I heard this happened to either! Do better. I will take my business elsewhere
