This place has 0 concept of customer service and will give you attitude just for asking questions. Probably because the budtender don't know anything about marijuana.
The business is poorly run, such a shame. It's to bad they don't know how to hire the right people.
This location has some of the absolute best staff. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I mentioned that I normally smoke to help me sleep and the wonderful gentleman recommended some edibles for me to try. This is, and will continue to be, my go to store.
Michelle was literally the nicest budtender I have EVER met! Seriously never wanting to go to another store because this girl was phenomenal! She gave me lots of stickers for my new bong, found an alternative for my favourite strain (which was ultimately better I have a new fave), and we had a 40 minute conversation, just fun talk!! Definitely love her and will be going there just to ask for her hand in marriage at some point. I'm coming with the ring Michelle, I promise!
If it wasn't for Michelle and her; not only amazing customer service, but also in-depth knowledge of the product, I'd still be hustling through the streets, obtaining my marijuana Illegally. With the threat of the police catching you always breathing down your neck. Because of Michelle, I will continue to smoke marijuana and if she ever Quits I will quit weed. Don't lose her- she really is the face of the store
