| This location has pretty good customer service. The employees are all very attentive, helpful, and empathetic. However, I've been having an ongoing issue with product availability at this location.
I usually purchase the same couple of products that I like every time I go. One of the products I usually purchase is the Homestead Triple Berry Live Resin Indica gummy. This specific product is discounted on the Elite membership, which I purchased specifically to get this product since I buy it frequently. However, for the last 4 weeks this product has been out of stock. I have requested multiple times to have it ordered but was told the store manager has no control over which products are ordered or restocked since the products are ordered by higher ups in the company. This seems odd to me as I would assume the employees working in the store would have a better idea of what products need to be ordered compared to people working off-site.
I feel like I wasted money buying the elite membership since they won't restock the products that are available on the elite membership which doesn't make much sense to me either. I've also been asking for the Port North Lemon Hashers which have been out of stock for about 3 months. Its quite unfortunate that product availability isn't being taken seriously at this location, even for items included in the paid memberships.
