Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Tia was amazing! She showed me a lot of options and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. She was friendly, welcoming, professional, and very helpful from start to finish.
The shop had a lot of variety, great prices, and a very convenient location close to my gym, GoodLife Fitness. Everything was organized well and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated Tia's positive attitude and how she took the time to help me.

3 reasons why this is my go-to store:
• Much cheaper than most other stores, especially when it comes to flower. You don't really need Elite unless you're into accessories, where the discounts can be worth it.
• Maha and Tia are amazing — always kind, respectful, and they make the whole place feel welcoming.
• Honestly, I just love Canna Cabana.
I've been an elite member for over two years now. Let me say this is the only spot I go to get greens. I've never had an issue here, instead they've always treated me like family. Through conversations, or just saying how's your day goes along way for me. The prices are reasonable and they are always there to help to see which product is best for me. Today I stopped by asking for a cheap grinder and Maha (I hope that's her name) helped me with locating one. Best place for greens
had a really disappointing experience at Canna Cabana. The way I was treated by staff made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and it came across as discriminatory. I've been an Elite member, but after this experience I won't be renewing. I hope management takes situations like this seriously and works on improving customer service and inclusivity so everyone feels welcome.
