Absolutely loved shopping here up until I was given a faulty vape cartridge from the Jays Pink Cherry brand (not costs fault obviously) and was told there was absolutely no exchange policy and to contact the manufacturer myself. After contacting the company I was treated directly to a full voice mail box. Now I'm out money and honestly do not think I'll purchase from here again which is a shame because their delivery driver is one awesome dude.
