You changed the T&C on this sale three times while it was going on. Your website said 420 sale on Saturday and Sunday on the banner Friday night. You changed the banner overnight for it to say 4/20-4/21. I planned to come on Saturday but you changed it. Funny you still call it Early Bird Sale as if a sale on 420 for 420 is somehow early. Thanks for wasting my time, I wont trust the site again. eta: your sale is 25% off not 35% because you raised the prices higher than competitors before applying a discount to begin with. Nice trick on your customers! OH AND YOU OPENED BEFORE 9AM WITH A LINE OUT THE STORE. Reported to the AGCO.
Absolutely loved shopping here up until I was given a faulty vape cartridge from the Jays Pink Cherry brand
(not costs fault obviously) and was told there was absolutely no exchange policy and to contact the manufacturer myself. After contacting the company I was treated directly to a full voice mail box. Now I'm out money and honestly do not think I'll purchase from here again which is a shame because their delivery driver is one awesome dude.
Buyer beware, this company has no return policy. This means no matter what is wrong, they will do nothing to help you, no exchanges which is all I wanted. I received a faulty cartridge today and got a "shorted" error on BOTH of my batteries. Tried older carts on the same batteries, no shorted error, so something is clearly wrong with this cart in particular. I spoke with an employee who sounded a bit new to the job, he asked his manager and his manager told me I just need a new battery. They then said that there was nothing they could do when I told him I have 2 batteries that work fine with literally every other cart except this one. I asked him if they've ever done an exchange or refund for anyone ever, just in general, and he told me no and to contact the company that made the cart instead. So… i'm out $30 and when I try to contact the company their voicemail box is full, LOL. Me and my boyfriend have ordered delivery almost weekly as of late, that stops today. Your driver is still a cool dude tho ✌🏻Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to make this right, i'll gladly take my review down if the issue is resolved.
I don't know who this newish staff person is or maybe I never had him before but whoever was working days on Monday , I think this dude hates his life and job ..no customer service skills whatsoever and he just seems to have a bad attitude for no apparent reason, even when you try to be extra friendly with him.he just still seems miserable. It would also be one thing to just haye life and be miserable all the time but he's not even great at his job doesn't seem to know much ... honestly his awfulness is getting close to me not wanting to shop their , seeing as both sessions and cana cabana will price match, what left do you have to offer ??
