04/05: y'all collected my data for a year with imaginary points never adding up and now the new system completely wipes out the past points collected so why are you collecting data? new website update ain't it guys. very hard to see all the items, you will have product sitting on shelves because of it. turn over on budtenders is so bad you can tell they hate the people working for them but at least they undercut every one else. too busy flirting with the customers to let people know something is sold out by calling them before hand. not busy enough to stand out front smoking weed with dudes though. this is what you fired the black lady for.

Would rate 0 if I could. Prices may seem decent, but I guess you get what you pay for. Their products are inferior at best, and service is good until you have a complaint, then the cashier starts having a panic attack.

I have loved this place ever since I discovered it. At the beginning, staff was super friendly and there are still a few people in there who I absolutely love chatting with when I go in. However, their online ordering system is incredibly frustrating. Twice now, I have ordered online, received a confirmation that my order was received but never received a confirmation my order was ready. While waiting for my confirmation my order is ready, my order is sold to the next person who shows up physically and wants what I ordered. Yesterday it happened again, I tried to avoid disappointment by calling in to make sure the store was open (family day). No one answered the phone all day long, I was ready and waiting to pick up my order only to find out, yet again, that they don't honour online orders and just sell them to whoever walks in and wants what you ordered. Then when staff were approached about it, I was lied to. When staff was confronted on their lie, they're story changed. So shady and so disappointing.
