| had a VERY poor experience today. Walked in and was very friendly with the budtender. Had a friendly conversation with the budtender before asking if they had anymore ounces of the palmetto goldberry. They said yes, however tried to charge me before getting the product from the back. When they tried to charge me for it before getting the product, i said i would pay for it after they brought it out from the back. Then when they did, they held the bag with the back facing me so i could not see the percentage or any of the product details.. When i asked to see the product details they said that was illegal. i understand not being able to TOUCH or hold the bag, but when the product is $97 +tax, I want to ensure the percentage was something i wanted. Instead of being professional, they said me asking for product details was "rude" and denied me service. They went to the back yet gave me several dirty looks, so i called a different location. While on the phone with the other location, the budtender said the manager told them to sell me the product. They attempted to argue and be VERY rude and snide. I said "i dont want to argue I just want to pay for the ounce and go home". They then said i was not allowed to come back. SIMPLY FOR WANTING TO SEE THE PRODUCT!!! This budtender has been rude several times in the past. VERY uncomfortable experience. |
