| I've been here about 7 times. I bring my little dog in but carry her in my arms. She's a rescue dog that has had some terrible experiences. I try not to leave her alone as she self harms( the abusers would leave her days at a time) I complained about the front " counter" because there is no front counter, to put your bag down when paying etc. the dude Alex proceeded to tell me if I didn't have my dog then the counter wouldn't be an issue ??? 🫨how you equate that idk. I tried to tell him it's better if I hold her because he said put her on a leash , but when she's down she has little accidents , I mean she 7.5 lb so little , but it's her nerves. Anyway she did have an accident which I began cleaning up and asked if they had a cleanser they use ? Alex dude says don't worry about it I'll do it , I said no it's ok , I'll do it . In the end it was half and half . So months later Alex brings this up ( talk about hanging onto your anger ) so in the end according to Alex I was the awful person for complaining there is no counter space and bringing my dog. Absolutely no interest or caring about what your customers may be dealing with. I used to spend 35 45 $ at the store on the regular. I definitely won't ever go back . The way Alex was looking down his nose at me like I was a piece of dirt in the floor I think he's made assumptions; this beaugoise overweight white woman with her stupid little dog is not useful to me, and I don't like her.
