I paid for double of their stunnerz rolls. But there was only one roll in the tube. I always buy from them and have a profile with them and I always leave some everytime I purchase from here. The budtender however, he ignored my complaint as if he doesn't care at all when I told him about the issue. I deeply got offended and I probably wouldn't buy from you guys anymore, because paying extra for that missing roll doesn't make me poor, but treating me like that is unforgetable. Two stars for my previous nice experiences here. Update: increased to 5 stars for their professional way of addressing the complaint.

Just because you own a store doesn't mean you own the parking lot. Also, I've seen many replies that the owner has responded to, and it's far from professional. It DOES have something to do with the store and how it affects everyone's day to day activities on that strip of land. You want people to remove their one stars because it looks bad. So what? The review system is here to let you know what you can do better to grow as a business. You're the new guy on the block, so I'd pipe down and learn some manners. Do better🥱
