| I've never been disappointed with the service I've gotten from the educated staff at BC Cannabis. Cole has really listened to my concerns, etc, and provided me with "consistent" service. He remembers me and my orders. 👍 The selection is awesome. I use this as medicine and am concerned about what I am using. I enjoy shopping here. | ||

| I have had kind and pleasant experiences here. But after visiting several times my opinion is they are a standard boutique experience and aren't very educated on the inventory. I find them expensive too. I've gone in several times and they have been out of what I went there for. The website is not accurate with an accurate inventory count. That's a huge issue for me. I do wish them well as they are very nice people. | ||

| I had the worst customer service experience of my life here a few months back. At that time I posted a negative review and I was asked by Kaya to remove it. I did remove it as I don't like conflict. I changed my mind! Why should I delete the poor review when I can't delete the experience? I "still" avoid walking by the store when in town and realize the experience has left me a bit bothered so I thought I would repost and move on. | ||
